NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The National weather service has confirmed two EF-1 tornadoes hit Middle Tennessee when storms blew through the area Saturday night.
The NWS in Nashville says the first EF-1 tornado touchdown was in Joelton with winds up to 105 mph.
Another EF-1 tornado touched down near Percy Priest Lake and traveled to the Gladeville area before it lifted. That tornado contained 100 mph winds.

NWS experts said they planned to survey Trousdale and Smith counties Monday.
No injuries were reported in the weather service’s damage survey released Sunday.
