Real Estate Wars Town Hall airs at 4:30 p.m. on News 2

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – There’s no question: Nashville’s real estate market is hot. Real estate site Zillow reports Music City had the highest yearly home value appreciation of the 50 largest Metro areas in the United States from July 2016 to July 2017, a 13.1 percent increase.

On Sunday at 4:30 p.m., only on News 2, a special Real Estate Wars Town Hall will explore how the evolving real estate market is reshaping neighborhoods and creating a culture shift. We’ll hear about the winners and losers of the housing boom.

Anchor Bob Mueller will host the Town Hall with a panel of experts, including Richard Courtney, longtime Nashville realtor, broker, author, and columnist with Patterson Courtney & Associates; Colby Sledge, councilmember from District 17, one of the hottest areas to buy and sell a home; and Dr. Lindsay Dillingham, an associate professor of marketing at Lipscomb University.
