Rescue efforts are underway for pets and animals across Texas, with many shelters and good Samaritans helping stranded animals. Some pet owners have refused to leave flooded areas without their dogs and cats, despite the dangers. News 2 wants to know… Should emergency shelters be required to take in people with their pets?
