Man cited for theft of giant chicken in Portland; Mascot still missing

PORTLAND, Tenn. (WKRN) – The case of a missing chicken has been solved in Portland.

Last week, police released a surveillance photo of the man accused of stealing the giant chicken mascot from Helen’s Hot Chicken.

Patrick Hendrick has been cited for the theft, but police still haven’t found the chicken.

Detectives say two other men may also been involved in this theft.
