NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – He has not played in a NFL game since 2011, but former Titans quarterback Vince Young is trying to make a comeback.
Young hired agent Leigh Steinberg, who says he’s talking to the Saskatchewan Roughriders, who picked up his Canadian Football League rights January 30.
“We have opened discussions with Saskatchewan Roughriders,” agent Leigh Steinberg tweeted.
Young turns 34 in May and has not been on a NFL roster when he spent two weeks with the Cleveland Browns.
Since leaving the Titans, Young spent one season in Philadelphia and was also cut by the Bills and Packers in the preseason.
Young currently works for the University of Texas promoting diversity and community engagement.
