NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — City leaders broke ground on a 71-unit boutique condo building on Rutledge Hill in downtown Nashville.
City Lights will have two and three-bedroom luxury condos with parking spaces in an underground garage at the Lea Avenue.
“From this particular vantage point, you can see the city and you can walk to a Titans game, a Predators game, over to the Ascend Amphitheater, and all those great restaurants and activities downtown,” said Mayor Megan Barry.
The condominium complex will include a restaurant, rooftop lounges, swimming pools, and space for dogs.
Construction crews say the building should be open in about a year and a half.
