Person hit by car in Clarksville, flown to Vanderbilt’s hospital

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Someone was hit by a car Thursday evening in Clarksville and flown to Nashville’s Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Police said the victim suffered serious injuries in the 5:10 p.m. crash on Riverside Drive. An identity has not been released.

Traffic is slow-moving through the area near Cook-out, according to authorities.
