NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Ole Smoky Distillery is getting ready to reopen this Friday in East Tennessee.

Employees are back and working together to clean up the damage. They say it’s not as bad as it could have been.

Some of the distillery’s workers lost their homes in the fires, but their spirits are high while they get ready to welcome back customers.

“A lot of people that I have met from different parts in the country that have all communicated with me telling me they are happy to be here ready to come back, ready to see, ready to help out,” said Ryan Dunn.
