HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A home in Hendersonville was burglarized midway Tuesday while the owner was inside.
Officials say four juveniles are in custody, and police are searching for two more that could be armed and dangerous.
It happened just before 12 p.m. on Wonder Valley Road when the owner heard a commotion and called for help.
“The homeowner discovered there were three people inside the house. He chased them out the back door onto the sidewalk and discovered there were three other people waiting outside. One posted inside the car waiting to leave and the other two were standing outside the car,” said Eddie Cripps with the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office.
That car was stolen from Nashville, according to authorities. Police told News 2 it had been left unlocked.
The suspects stole electronics and clothing from the home. Some of the items have since been recovered.
