NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Belmont’s 10th straight win over Lipscomb was maybe its most dramatic as the Bruins won it 64-62 at the Curb Event Center.

Bruins star Evan Bradds threw a length of the court pass with only two seconds left to Dylan Windler, who scored the game winning basket with less than a second to play.

The Bisons dominated the first half of play and led by 13 points 37-24 when Rob Marberry put in two of his team leading 24 points. Marberry had an amazing game he was 11 of 11, a perfect 100 percent from the field. He also tied the game at 62-62 with less than three seconds left.

Bradds led the NCAA in FG percentage last season and he was also big Tuesday night. Bradds led Belmont with 24 points and his last bucket of the game brought the Bruins within one at 60-59 with 1:58 to play.

Taylor Barnette scored only four points for Belmont, his layup with only 45 seconds to play gave Belmont its first second half lead at 61-60.

Belmont improves to 2-3 with the win, while Lipscomb falls to 2-6.
