NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A woman and man were killed and another man injured in what appeared to be a targeted shooting in north Nashville.
It happened in the 1700 block of St. Louis Street around 2:50 p.m. Sunday.
Charity Adams, 41, died at the scene. Her boyfriend, 26-year-old Kenneth Pullens, was shot in the back.
The couple was visiting 33-year-old Chad Miller, who was shot in the head, according to police.
Both Pullens and Miller were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where Miller later died.
According to police, the three victims were standing outside Miller’s home when a gunman dressed in all black approached them and opened fire.
He then took off and got into a silver Chevrolet Malibu that was waiting for him.
This is the second fatal shooting to occur at this St. Louis Street home.
On Oct. 24, Robert Richardson, 24, was shot and killed when he came to pick up Miller, his co-worker.
Miller reportedly told police he got into an argument with another man, which led to the shooting.
Police are investigating to find out if Sunday’s shooting is connected to the previous one.
Anyone with information about the crime should contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
