Police search for car stolen in Clarksville last month

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Police are trying to find a car that was stolen in Clarksville more than a month ago.

It happened on or around Oct. 16 from the “For Sale” parking lot at 319 Dover Road.

Police said the 1996 Acura ILS was locked and the keys were in a secure location away from the car.

According to a release, the car has been seen near Austin Peay State University’s campus. It is not registered, but police said it may have a misappropriated license plate.

The car is silver and has a sunroof. It also has a clear coat coming off of the paint on the hood and there are factory stickers on its trunk.
