NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Anyone who gassed up their car at the Tiger Market A Plus on Rosa Parks Boulevard within the last 12 hours should monitor their credit card statement.

On Monday morning, a manager was inspecting the gas pumps and he noticed something was wrong.

The security seal on the pump was broken. When he looked inside, he found a device that crooks use to steal credit card information.

“We immediately notified authorities. We believe the devise wouldn’t have been there more than 12 hours, but if anyone was at that location overnight they might want to check with their banks and the police,” said Jeff Shields with A Plus and Tiger Market Communications.

Inspectors told News 2 all the gas pumps should have a security seal. If the security seal is broken don’t use the pump.

Managers said they check security seals on the gas pumps three times a day at the Tiger Mart on Rosa Parks Boulevard.

They also say because of this incident they will be increasing security measures at the gas pumps.
