She will perform as well as JoDee Messina, Gavin DeGraw, Jacob Whitesides and several more.

This year’s parade will use the new route that began last year. Participants will start at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and Broadway, heading east down Broadway to Second Avenue North, crossing over the Cumberland River and ending at the base of the Woodland Street Bridge.

The 2016 parade theme is “The Musical Mile” to honor the approximate length of the parade route.

Some of the proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt along with the Share the Warmth program.

The parade is presented by Piedmont Natural Gas and Tootsies Orchid Lounge.

The Nashville Christmas Parade will rebroadcast the Sunday, Dec. 4 at Noon on News 2.
