Columbia police locate missing veteran

COLUMBIA, Tenn. (WKRN) – Officials in Columbia have safely located a veteran missing since Thursday.

The Columbia Police Department reported 58-year-old James Jones Jr. had not been seen since he was dropped off at the VA clinic on Nashville Highway to catch a transport van to Nashville.

He had not heard from or contacted his family and also uncharacteristically missed work, according to Columbia police.
