TBI issues Endangered Child Alert for 8-month-old from DeKalb County

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation issued an Endangered Child Alert Thursday morning for an 8-month-old from DeKalb County, Tennessee.

Xavier Billings was last seen with his biological parents, Andrew and Adriana Billings on Nov. 10 after they fled the scene of a car crash in DeKalb County.

The couple may be traveling in a 2005 maroon Nissan Sentra with Tennessee license plate 2A3-4N4.

Xavier is 20 inches long, and weighs around 17 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.

A mobile methamphetamine lab was found inside the Billings’ vehicle, according to the TBI.

Both Andrew and Adriana have active warrants for manufacturing meth and aggravated child abuse.
