NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The first-ever Mircrosoft store in Nashville is giving away several grants to local organizations.

“We’re giving a million dollars in technology grants, both hardware and software to the Goodwill, United Way and Academy Science Center,” Kelly Soligon with Microsoft said.

She continued, “Those organizations can use those grants to provide technology for their organizations so they can better serve their constituents.”

Customers who showed up early Thursday were given a ticket to meet retired Titans player Eddie George.
