NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Two of the three people accused in the murder of a California man in downtown Nashville last month appeared in court Wednesday morning.

Both Daniela Cruz and Andy Nenez pleaded not guilty to the murder charges against them stemming from Teddy Grasset’s death.

Grasset and his friend were walking near the Country Music Hall of Fame in downtown Nashville when he was shot and killed during a robbery attempt.

A third person, Joseph Santillan, is also charged in the case. He appeared in court earlier this month.
