2 vehicle burglary suspects wanted in Columbia

COLUMBIA, Tenn. (WKRN) – Police are searching for two people suspected of burglarizing vehicles in the Columbia area.

Columbia police reported 50-year-old Malcolm Crowell Jr., of Hohenwald, and Kimberly Chase, 55, of Nashville, are wanted for vehicle burglaries, theft and theft of a motor vehicle.

The crimes all occurred Nov. 6 at the Comfort Inn and Cracker Barrel on Bear Creek Pike, according to police.

Officers spotted Crowell and Chase in the stolen vehicle on Nov. 10 around 7 p.m. when they fled on foot into the woods behind Cracker Barrel and got away.
