LAS VEGAS, Nev. (CNN/KSNV) – Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has filed an early voting lawsuit in Nevada.

According to CNN, Trump is suing Joe P. Gloria, who is the Clark County Registrar of Voters, over an alleged decision that he kept two polling locations open “two hours beyond the designated closing time.”

A spokesman for the county, Dan Kulin, told CNN that no early voting stations extended their closing times.  He instead says they did “process voters who were in line at closing time to allow as many people to vote as possible.”

Trump’s lawyers filed the lawsuit Monday night.
