BELLEVUE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Crews responded to a house fire in Bellevue late Monday morning.
It was reported in the 8600 block of Newsom Station Road around 10:30 a.m.
Authorities on the scene told News 2 a woman was inside the home alone when the fire started. She was able to call 911 and get out of the house safely.
Upon their arrival, crews reported spoke and visible flames.
The home suffered extensive damage and is currently unlivable. Firefighters remain on the scene tending hot spots.
Authorities said several dogs and cats inside the home are currently unaccounted for.
The fire may have started in the kitchen.
No injuries were reported.
