2 suspects sought after money, cigarettes taken from Nashville gas station during robbery

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are looking for two people accused of robbing a gas station early Monday morning in Nashville.

Authorities released surveillance photos of two suspects who robbed the Circle K on Nolensville Pike near I-440 in south Nashville at 3:30 a.m.

Detectives told News 2 the men took money and cigarettes.

They were both armed and their faces were covered with black bandannas. They were wearing gray hooded sweatshirts and dark colored jeans.

Witnesses told police the men left in a dark colored car that was parked behind the gas station.

The clerk was the only person inside the store at the time and he is okay, according to authorities.
