MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Murfreesboro Police Department announced Monday two juveniles have been arrested and charged for a recent pawn shop burglary where as many as 15 handguns were stolen.

It happened on October 5 at TC’s Pawn and Loan on Mercury Boulevard.

Police previously said the two gained access to the store by shattering the front door’s glass. Once inside, the pair went directly to a gun case, smashed the glass and began loading guns into backpacks.

Police have not released the two teen’s identities.

They have since been arrested and taken to the Rutherford County Juvenile Detention Center in Murfreesboro.
