Teen charged with homicide after woman’s body found in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Clarksville police have arrested an 18-year-old Friday after a woman’s body was found Thursday afternoon.

The body of Julie Rosario was discovered around 1:50 p.m. between two properties in the 400 block of Beech Street.

Javian Jakeil Hawkins, 18, is charged with criminal homicide in the case.

He is being held in the Montgomery County jail on a $2 million bond.
