NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man is recovering after he was shot in a Bordeaux neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Metro police responded to the 3000 block of Viking Drive just before 2:30 a.m. after a man in his mid-20s arrived at his relative’s house with two gunshot wounds to his midsection.
According to Metro police, the victim was driven there by a possible suspect, a woman in her mid-20s.
He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators believe the man was shot while in a vehicle with the woman. Metro police are working to identify her.
She was last seen in a red, four-door sedan. No additional information was immediately released.
