LAWRENCE COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Tennessee Highway Patrol says negotiations with a barricaded suspect in Lawrence County came to a peaceful end Saturday night.
The standoff started Saturday afternoon at a home on Gibbs Road, which is in Summetown.
According to the THP, the man was wanted on two counts of attempted murder.
After hours of negations, officials deployed aerosol pepper vapor canisters into the suspect’s home. He was then taken into custody without incident.
Authorities have not released details on what led to the standoff.
