Police investigating after gunshot victim arrives at Skyline hospital

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are investigating after a man showed up a TriStar Skyline Medical Center with multiple gunshot wounds early Wednesday morning.

The victim drove himself to the hospital by private vehicle and arrived around Midnight.

The man was taken to surgery in critical condition.

The victim was unable to immediately speak with officers but Metro police told News 2 the man may have been shot during a robbery.

Police believe a suspect jumped into the victim’s vehicle, robbed him and fled.

Multiple shell casings were found outside the victim’s Dickerson Pike recording studio, 

No additional information was immediately released.
