NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville weather broke several records Wednesday.
The city hit 91 degrees, breaking the old record of 89 set back in 2005.
More importantly, it is now the latest 90 degree day in Nashville’s history. The previous latest 90 degree day was Oct. 10, 1980 and records have been kept since 1871.
It wasn’t just hot today, but Nashville also tied record highs both Monday and Tuesday.
But don’t worry, News 2 Meteorologist Danielle Breezy says this is the last day of the heat as storms and cooler temps move in Thursday.
