Motorcyclist found in ditch after crashing on secluded Rutherford road

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) – A 62-year-old who crashed his motorcycle in a secluded area in Rutherford County was found in a ditch early Thursday morning by emergency crews.

Paul Moody was reported missing by his wife Wednesday around 8:30 p.m. when he did not return home from work.

Emergency crews began searching an area of Bradyville Pike where it was believed he may have crashed, according to his phone’s location.

Moody was found around 2 a.m. by emergency crews searching the area.

Paramedics on the scene treated Moody before he was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

He remains in critical but stable condition.
