2 injured in T-bone crash on Lebanon Road

MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WKRN) – Two people were injured in a T-bone crash in Mt. Juliet Thursday night.

It happened around 7 p.m. at Lebanon Road and Cooks Road.

According to officials on the scene, the driver of a Ford Escape tried to make a left turn but wound up colliding with a Dodge pickup truck.

The female driver and her male passenger were transported to TriStar Summit Medical Center. Their conditions were not immediately known.

The driver of the pickup truck was not taken to a hospital.

Officials closed the road for about an hour and a half, but it has since reopened.
