Lebanon Police chief apprehends burglary suspect

LEBANON, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Lebanon Police chief tracked down and arrested a suspected burglar Monday afternoon.

The call came in just before 1 p.m. when a person said someone was trying to pry their window open. When the suspect realized someone was in the house he took off on a bicycle.

Mike Justice, the Lebanon Police Chief, heard the call and found the suspect and arrested him.

Stephen Holbert, 25, was taken to the Wilson County Jail and charged with aggravated burglary.

Police are also trying to connect other recent burglaries to Holbert. Those charges are pending.
