Bald eagle rescued after getting stuck in car’s grille

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A bald eagle that was stuck in a vehicle’s front grille was rescued by Clay County, Florida deputies and firefighters.

Clay County Sheriff’s Office posted the photos of the rescue on their Facebook page.

The post says that a bald eagle flew in front of the vehicle and became lodged in the grille. CCSP deputies and Clay Fire Rescue personnel responded and rescue the bird from the grille.

The eagle is alive and was turned to a B.E.A.K.S. Wildlife Sanctuary.
