Metro police, FBI seek bank robbery suspect

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Metro police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Violent Crimes Task Force are investigating a bank robbery at a local Kroger.

The robbery occurred at 11:20 a.m. Saturday at the U.S. Bank located at 143 McGavock Pike inside Kroger.

The man demanded cash from the teller at gunpoint and she complied.

He fled on foot and is described at a man in his mid-40s, about 5 foot 9 inches tall and 180 pounds.
