GREENBACK, Tenn. (WKRN/ WATE) – Country star Luke Bryan hurt himself during a biking accident, but he still plans to take the stage Thursday night.
The singer posted about the accident on his Twitter page.
According to WATE, Bryan was treated at Blount Memorial Hospital and released.
The star is scheduled to perform in front of 16,000 people at Maple Lane Farms in Greenback, Tennessee, Thursday night to pay tribute to its late founder, Bob Schmidt.
This marks Bryan’s third stop in Greenback, but it’s the first year without Farmer Bob, who passed away earlier this year after suffering two strokes.
Bryan will be performing a song he dedicated in Schmidt’s honor, recognizing and thanking farmers like him across America.
