NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A third man has been charged in the shooting death of another man outside Whites Creek High School.

James Nevils was murdered on Jan. 29, 2016 in the school’s parking lot during a basketball game.

Antonio Bowers, 21, is now charged with first-degree murder after a grand jury indictment.

Police say Bowers is accused of aiding brothers Jamontae and Kevonte Davis right after Nevils was shot.

The Davis brothers have already been arrested after being captured in Columbia last February. They, too, have been indicted by the grand jury.

Nevils, 23, and the Davis brothers are believed to have gotten into an argument during halftime of a basketball game and then went outside.
