NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are searching for three men wanted for burglarizing a convenience store in Donelson early Wednesday morning.

It happened at the BP on McGavock Pike across from the Opryland Hotel around 1 a.m.

Metro police told News 2 three men broke out glass from the front door window and attempted to take money from the cash drawer.

No money was left inside the till so the suspects took an estimated $500 in cigarettes.

The owner of the gas station told News 2 he works hard to make a living.

“For someone to come in and just think they have the rights to take that is ridiculous,” said owner Joe Hobbs.

No additional information was released.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME.
