FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WKRN) – A woman was arrested in Franklin over the weekend after police say she was driving under the influence on Interstate 65 North.
According to a press release, Lauren Pritikin was driving Saturday night after 10 p.m. when she hit another car from behind and drove off the roadway into a guardrail.
Police say Pritikin’s car then flipped over and landed on its roof.
Officers reportedly determined the 29-year-old was under influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. She was taken to Williamson Medical Center with minor injuries and charged with DUI after she was released.
Pritikin is now free on $2,500 bond and was due in court on her charges Monday.
