COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A woman was arrested after she allegedly threatened two men with a skillet in Putnam County.

The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office reported 26-year-old Laura Wegerbauer threw an object through a window of a home on Sept. 22 after two men who live there refused to open the door.

Deputies reported she knew the men and was angry at one of them.

The men tried to leave the home after Wegerbauer reportedly broke the window, which is when she allegedly picked up a skillet and threatened to beat the men.

Wegerbauer was booked into the Putnam County jail and charged with vandalism, burglary and assault.
