NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The Tennessee Titans gave several hundred Nashville children a reason to smile on Tuesday.

Players met with children at Nissan Stadium to undergo dental exams.

The event was organized by Team Smile, a non-profit group that provides teeth cleanings and checkups.

“The support we have here is fabulous. If any dentist is looking for a way to help the community, this is a nice way to do it,” said dentist Dr. David Ellis.

“It takes all the weight off the materials, the equipment, and the marketing. All the things you have to do to build something like this; it’s all right here for you,” Ellis continued.

This is the third year Team Smile has worked on the teeth of Nashville children alongside the Titans.
