Driver arrested after crash injures 2 children

GREENBRIER, Tenn. (Smokey Barn News) – Two children were injured in a crash in Robertson County Monday night, sending the driver to jail.

According to News 2 partner Smokey Barn News, the car left Highway 41 between Greenbrier and Springfield and crashed into a utility pole.

Two children were taken to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for treatment. Both were under the age of ten, and were reportedly stable.

The driver was arrested, although details on their charges are not currently known.

No further information was immediately released.
