Chattanooga suspect wanted for double homicide added to TBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted List

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a double homicide suspect wanted in Chattanooga to the state’s top 10 Most Wanted list.

Stephen Mobley, also known as “Dollar,” is wanted in connection to a deadly shooting that occurred on Monday, Sept. 5.

He faces two counts of first-degree murder, aggravated assault, one count of attempted first-degree murder and employment of a a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and several tattoos on his body.

Authorities say Mobley should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
