“[We] want to let the community know this was not a bad man. He was a family man. He would give his last to help you if you needed it. We just want everyone to know this was a positive brother doing positive things,” explained Hayes Washington, who was a friend of Saine.

Around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Saine got into an argument with another man and was shot and killed at the Waffle House on 408 White Bridge Place.

No suspects have been named in the shooting, and the crime remains under investigation.
