NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man found the wreckage from a fatal accident on his property Sunday afternoon.
According to police on the scene, the property owner spotted a wrecked 2007 Chevrolet HHR around 12:30 p.m. It was laying upside down in a grassy area of West Hamilton Avenue.
Authorities say the car was traveling west near Clarksville Pike when it left the roadway, traveled through an area of very thick brush and trees, and then overturned.
Officials believe the deceased driver is 22-year-old Treshawn Jasper. He was last seen Monday morning leaving his Kingview Drive home in the HHR.
His mother reported him missing the next day.
A medical examiner is working to verify his identity.
