NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The men’s restroom at the downtown Music City Central bus station was shut down for repairs Wednesday.

Nashville MTA said they are beginning the construction process to repair the previously damaged materials after repeated vandalism.

Officials said they also plan to put up stall partitions.

The bathroom was shut down Wednesday night at 9 p.m. and construction will begin Thursday morning at 4 a.m.

“We apologize to our transit customers for the inconvenience this latest incident of vandalism has caused, and we will continue to explore options for more permanent structures to be installed in the future,” MTA said.
