PORT RICHEY, Fla. (WFLA) — An investigation is underway in Port Richey, Florida after the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office learned that about 100 chickens are living in a residence.

Pasco County Sheriff’s Office code enforcement deputies and Pasco County code enforcement officers have responded to the home, which is located on San Sierra Way.

The sheriff’s office has not said if anyone was living in the home with the chickens.

However, the sheriff’s office charged Debra Johnson, 52, with resisting arrest, providing a false name and failure to appear on a code enforcement violation.

The sheriff’s office posted to its Facebook page multiple photos of chickens inside the home.
