WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (WKRN) – Little league teams from across the world are now in Williamsport, Pennsylvania for the Little League World Series.

Around 50,000 people lined the streets on Wednesday for the Gram Slam parade –including, of course, the Goodlettsville All-Stars.

Coach Joey Hale told us his team isn’t just making a lot of memories. They are also making a lot of friends.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime thing that they get to do, and they’re hanging out with the Caribbean guys, the Mexican guys, and learning their language, which is so cool,” Coach Hale told News 2.

“It’s like a big party outside at night sitting outside the doors, them just hanging around and cutting up and stuff. It’s been great,” he added.

Goodlettsville plays Thursday at 6 p.m. The city is holding a watch party here in Middle Tennessee at Moss-Wright Park.
