WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (WKRN) – The Goodlettsville All-Stars aren’t the only area team to make it to the Little League World Series.

The Bowling Green little league team is there as well.

Their championship game in the Great Lakes region was rained out, and with more rain forecasted for Indianapolis, officials moved their game to Williamsport.

That’s the same place the All-Stars are for their first game in the series, so News 2 caught up with a parent out of Bowling Green.

“Kind of had to hurry them up because, as we say, our game was rained out in Indianapolis and they had to get things done a couple of days quicker than everyone else,” Pat Moore explained to News 2.

“But we really haven’t seen our kids since they won the championship on Monday. Talked to him a couple of times on the cell phone, but we haven’t seen him once since he’s been here,” Moore added.
