GREENE COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) – The mother of two girls who fell from a Ferris wheel at the Greene County Fair last week said her 6-year-old daughter, once listed in critical condition, was released from the hospital Wednesday.

Briley Reynolds had been receiving treatment at Niswonger Children’s Hospital.

On Aug. 8, Briley, along with her sister, Kayla, and a 16-year-old girl, fell 25-feet from the ride.

Briley reportedly suffered a brain injury in the Ferris wheel fall and was listed in critical condition for several days.

Kayla, 10, and the 16-year-old girl were released from the hospital on Aug. 11.
