The department has been under review since several members of the Fairview Police Department were placed on administrative leave with pay.

News 2 previously spoke with Lt. Pat Stockdale, who was among those who were placed on leave March 1.

“I’ve done nothing wrong,” he told News 2. “All I’m guilty of is loving this city and wanting to do right by the citizens, but I feel helpless.”
