COLUMBIA, Tenn. (WKRN) – Goodwill in Columbia will host a grand opening celebration on Thursday.
The store is located at 405 S. James Campbell Blvd. and replaces the Neely’s Mill site Goodwill occupied for about a decade.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 8 a.m. Thursday with the store and Donation Express Center opening at 8:15 a.m.
The new 21,000-square-foot store features a 15,000-square-foot-sales floor and a covered drive through Donation Express Center.
Between 35 to 40 workers will be employed at the new location.
Goodwill tote bags will be given to the first 500 shoppers in the door beginning Thursday and 20 Goodwill gift cards will be given away through Sunday.
